My story…
I have always loved health and wellness, I have been a personal trainer, a physical education teacher and coached kids of all ages in a variety of sports.  My theory on each person’s health has alway been to do the things that you enjoy so that it doesn’t feel like work.

My younger self thought I had all the answers, but if having three kids under the age of 4 wasn’t stressful enough, then, my oldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism. I  was a hot mess; overwhelmed, stressed and slowly losing myself.  I knew I needed to make some changes. I had to find me again! But I wasn’t sure who that new me was.

So, I started setting goals and really thinking about the life I wanted to be living. I studied and trained and used my new found knowledge to transform myself into the me I wanted to be. Happy, healthy, energetic and living a positive life.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate your transition and determine what changes are necessary for you.
